The 2025 Salute the Troops Night will take place on Friday, September 12, 2025. Hay Springs Public School invites all Veterans and EMS personnel to attend. Veterans and EMS personnel will receive free admission to the football game vs. Potter-Dix.

We will honor our Veterans and EMS personnel prior to kickoff. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

Communication With The Office

I wanted to reach out and share a request with parents and guardians. When communicating with the school about your child’s absences or appointments, we need that information to be shared by a phone call to the school office (308-638-4434).

There are times that our office staff will be out of the office and there will not be an appropriate way for us to get information in a timely manner if that message has been sent to an employee’s social media account, email, or personal phone.

We recognize that as a small school district we have strong relationships with our school community; however, we need to have a dependable system in which to communicate and that is through a phone call. Thank you for your assistance with this.
