The Bennett County Junior High Track and Field Meet scheduled for Thursday, April 24 has been postponed to May 5 due to the impending inclement weather.  Unfortunately, there is a high school track meet on May 5 and no available transportation for the junior high, so Hay Springs will not be attending the Bennett County Meet.

Junior High had a great day at the Bayard JH Track Meet on Monday, Apr. 14. We had several students receive medals and even more PR in their events. The boys finished in 5th place among 15 teams in attendance.

Congratulations to the track athletes at last Saturday’s meet in Bayard. There was a lot of tough competition and they did awesome, especially with not being able to practice as much as we would have liked the past couple of weeks!
