September Student of the Month

“Braydon has been an excellent leader for our FFA Chapter over the entire summer and in particular with the “Kelly Fundraiser”. He has also taken a great leadership role as we have begun the school year in encouraging new and younger members to become active in the FFA. He demonstrated that leadership in the development of our FFA float for “Friendly Festival” and the petting zoo. He was also instrumental in organizing and running the concession stand for the first Football and Volleyball games. He is a very caring and encouraging individual and one of the best FFA officers I have had in my 30 years as an Ag Teacher. He is very passionate about FFA and works tirelessly to encourage others to be involved. Braydon is very deserving of this honor.”

“Braydon has demonstrated hard work, personal accountability, teamwork, and dedication to not just the FFA but to the school in general. He is always volunteering himself to help out when needed and is a valued asset to the school.”

“Braydon has grown into such a great student and leader. It’s been fun to watch him mature and take on bigger and bigger challenges, while also keeping up with his classwork. Braydon brings a fun bit of humor into my class whether he’s debating about the value of adding juice to the lunch program(he really misses it!), providing instrumental moments (ask him – he has lots of tunes in his head), and working to persuade his junior class that they should be going by the name of Pancake Club. Braydon is a great young man who fully deserves the honor of Student of the Month!”

“Braydon Binger is a great young man. He is not much of a talker (unless you ask his 4th grade teacher) but when he says something he has quick wit and always makes me laugh. He works hard on community projects and is very good to his friends and family. Braydon is an exceptional young man!”

Reminder: Salute The Troops

Remember, at this week’s September 30th football game, we will be doing our “Salute the Troops” night! All military personnel will receive free entry to the game and a tailgate meal. For everyone else, please consider making a free-will donation at the tailgate party to help send our students to Washington, D.C. this year!

Pink Out Order Form

The PBIS team is doing a “PINK OUT” fundraiser. Our pink out games will be October 14th at the VB and FB games vs. Sioux County.

*Notice pink shirts are very hard to come by right now so we have opted for black with pink writing in hopes that everyone will get the same thing and youth will be able to order.

Kindergarten Thank You

Thank you to the community member who bought us seaweed, pop rocks and cars. This week we used our senses and decided that seaweed is gross, and pop rocks make noise in our mouth. We have also enjoyed tracing our letters with the cars. It is truly a blessing to teach in such a great community.
