“Give Back to the Community Day”  has been rescheduled from April 10th to April 24th due to grounds being too wet and more upcoming rain and possible snow. We are seeking businesses, groups, organizations and elderly who are in need of help. Please help spread the word!

In appreciation for the support of our community, the students at HSH would like to “give back” to Hay Springs. We are seeking businesses, groups, organizations, and even the elderly who are in need of help. Teacher supervised groups of students are willing to wash windows, stock shelves, clean shops, rake lawns or scoop snow if necessary. We are willing to assist in any way needed.
Our “Give Back to the Community Day” is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on April 10, 2019. In the event of inclement weather, April 24, 2019 will the alternate date.  If you would like to be added to our list, please call the high school office at 638-4434.

Please deliver items to the office.

Hay Springs Basketball Fundamentals Camp

Hay Springs High School girls’ basketball coaches and team members will be hosting a youth basketball camp on Friday, March 1st.  Camp times will be as follows:

Grades 3rd – 5th 8:00 am to 10:00 am

Grades 6th – 8th 10:00 am to noon

Campers will receive instruction in all the fundamentals of the game: shooting, dribbling, passing, defense and rebounding. Campers will participate in drills, games and contests with campers of their own age.

Please return the registration form at the bottom of this letter and the camp fee of $20.00 for individual campers or $30.00 for family to the office at HSH. Please make checks payable to HSH Girls Basketball.

FAN BUS

First come first serve, open to adults and students.

Students under 7th grade must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

Fan bus will leave at 10:30am and return after the game.

Cost is $10 per passenger and does not include gate pass.

Signups are posted on the glass door entering the elementary, by the office.
