Congratulations to Abigail Russell and Abigail Nelson for being selected for the High Plains Honor Band at Chadron State College on Monday, February 5th and Tuesday, February 6th with a final concert held on Tuesday, February 6th at 5pm in Memorial Hall Auditorium. Congratulations ladies!

The Elementary raised $722.34 during the Penny Wars. This money will be used to buy every resident at the nursing home a Christmas gift and money will be donated to the Christmas food baskets. 5th grade raised the most money with $186.15. Thank you to all who participated and donated!

The sophomore class went to Chadron last week to participate in the first annual Career Connections of Western Nebraska event. Career Cabs provides opportunities for high school students to meet with employers aligned with their CTE career pathways in the workplace, and learn firsthand about the types of jobs available, work environment and what is required to secure a job and be successful as an employee.
