June 3rd will mark the beginning of the 2nd year for Hay Springs School’s Summer Lunch program. Even more exciting is that a Summer Breakfast Program will also begin. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. until 8 a.m. and lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30, both served Monday through Thursday. Children 18 and under eat for free. For adults, breakfast will be $1.80 and lunch will be $3.30. All meals will be served at the Hay Springs School Cafeteria.
The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) provides healthy meals to children, age 18 and younger, free of charge. The children do not have to be attending Hay Springs Schools to come and enjoy a lunch or breakfast. If at all possible, please drop us a line at wendy.palmer@panesu.org or give us a call and let us know that you are planning to take advantage of this program.
The planning of Summer Fun Camps 2013 is wrapping up. There is still time to submit a summer camp worksheet – we would like all camps submitted and finalized by April 23rd. Look for summer fun camp brochures to be out around May 1st. Please contact Shannon Langford here at the school or via email at shannon@panesu.org with any questions.
5:00 dinner with program to follow.
