Summer Gym Schedule And Summer Camps
Summer Open Gym Schedule
Weight lifting – Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday 5:00 pm
Varsity Volleyball – Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 pm
Girls and Boys Basketball – Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00 PM
Football – Tuesdays 6:00 pm field work
Girls Wrestling open mat – Tuesdays at 6:30 pm
Boy Wrestling open mat – Thursdays at 6:30 PM
*Open gym will begin on Tuesday, May 30th.

2023MayNewsletterSpEd Nonpublic And Title VI Parent Meeting
On May 8, 2023 at 3:30 PM., a meeting conducted by Sheridan County School District #3 will take place in the Hawks Nest at Hay Springs High School. The purpose of the meeting will be to provide an opportunity for parents and representatives of nonpublic schools to participate in the development of a plan for providing special education services to children with disabilities who attend nonpublic schools and home schools which are within the Sheridan County District #3 for the 2023-2024 school year. Parents of a home-schooled child identified with a disability and attending a nonpublic school within the boundaries of Sheridan County School District #3, are urged to attend. This meeting will be followed by the Title VI parent meeting at 4:00 PM. If you have further questions pertaining to this meeting, please contact the office at (308) 638-4434.

NOTICE PARENTS: Due to Hay Springs Public Schools using more snow days than what we had built up we will be attending school all day on Friday, April 21st AND Friday, April 28th.
Vaccination Clinic

There have been multiple false reports of school shootings around schools in Nebraska. HSPS has not received any reports as of now. We will follow our safety procedures and protocols. Administration is meeting with staff right now. Any questions please don’t hesitate to call the school at 638-4434.
