Books to Give Away

book fairI have many withdrawn books to give away. Some are duplicates copies, others are books that no longer meet our current needs. Staff will have first choice of these books. They are on the shelves in the back of the Elem Computer Lab. Beginning Tuesday, elem students will be able to choose one or two books during their specials. Middle and High school students may come after school Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday after 4:00, anyone in the community may come and get books.

Summer Fun Camp Planning is Wrapping Up

The planning of Summer Fun Camps 2013 is wrapping up. There is still time to submit a summer camp worksheet – we would like all camps submitted and finalized by April 23rd. Look for summer fun camp brochures to be out around May 1st. Please contact Shannon Langford here at the school or via email at shannon@panesu.org with any questions.

Summer Fun Camps 2013 – Planning Under Way

The planning of Summer Fun Camps 2013 is under way. This year our Summer Fun Camps are planned for June 3rd to 27th. We are continuing with our expanded schedule by incorporating full day and half day camps. Camp leaders may also choose from 1 day, 2 day, or 4 day camps.

We are looking for individuals and community groups who are interested in leading a camp this summer. If you would like to put your special talents or interests to use, join us in leading a fun summer camp this year. If you are interested or know of someone who may be, please contact Kim Marx or Shannon Langford here at the school or via email at shannon@panesu.org.

Where:   At the Hay Springs School Cafeteria

When:    Sunday, December 2, 2012

Come for soup between Noon and 1:00 PM.  Sugar cookie “construction” starts at 1:00 PM and we’ll probably be finished by 3:00 PM.
