A couple more pictures from State Track!

NSAA State Track and Field Championships 2023 Apparel – Here is the link to pre-order state track clothing. Doing this will guarantee you will get the sizes you want. They will be available for pickup at the meet if you pre-order.

State track apparel is available to purchase through the online store at the following link. It will only be open until 11:00 AM tomorrow, Friday the 12th. Clothing will be picked up by coaches at the state meet.

Gage Mintken – Triple and Long Jump
Dylan Raymer – 110 and 300 Hurdles
Parker Wellnitz – 3200 meter
Wesley Jacobs – 800 meter, wild card winner
Gabby Twarling – 400 meter
Mia Skinner – 800 meter

And congratulations to Megan Anderson for making it to Junior High State Track in the long jump!

Updates from District Track:

10:58 AM
-Gage Mintken won triple jump to stamp his ticket to state with a jump of 40′ 8″!
-Cutter Scott came in 3rd with a jump of 39′ 10″.

1:25 PM
-Gage Mintken won long jump with a jump of 20′ 5″!

2:51 PM
-Two more state-bound Hay Springs athletes! Gabby Twarling, 2nd in the open 400 and Parker Wellnitz placing 2nd in the 3200 meter run!

3:33 PM
-They keep coming in two at a time!  Dylan Raymer won the 110 hurdles and a trip to state!  Mia Skinner won the open 800 and will be joining her teammates on the way to state!

-This just in…Dylan Raymer will also be going to state in the 300 hurdles!

Here are some early results from the Best In The West meet today:

-Megan Anderson broke meet record taking 1st place with a jump of 15’6″
-Tripp Buettner got 4th in 100H
-Alaina Raymer got 10th in long jump and 6th in 100H
