Financial Aid 101 on January 20, 2016
Wednesday, January 20, 2016 — Please join us with EducationQuest to learn about the Financial Aid Process. We will be meeting in the Distance Learning Lab Classroom at 5pm. If you have questions please contact Heather Cline at 638-4434 or heather.cline@hshawks.com

FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
Gordon-Rushville High School will be hosting an EducationQuest Financial Aid Program on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 6:00 pm. Financial aid and the FAFSA will be discussed at this meeting. Every student who attends or has a parent attend will be entered for a chance to win a $500 scholarship.

Scholarship Listings
Scholarship information is available on the website. It is updated as scholarship information comes in. Please check back often by clicking on the big green button to the left labelled “Scholarships”.
Scholarship Contest – 1st to 8th Graders
Nebraska students from first grade to eighth grade can enter the scholarship contest by submitting a drawing. Drawings must be created with pencil, crayons, paint, watercolor or paper collage and are due by the end of September. Full details can be found at the state treasurer’s website: http://treasurer.org/cs. Twelve winners will receive $1,000 scholarships in a NEST 529 College Savings Plan account.
Financial Planning Webinar by Eduquest
Eduquest will be holding a webinar on Wednesday, January 22, at 12:00 p.m. (CST) for those parents who would like to participate during the day. Below you will see the links and password for each webinar.
