The second grade students had a fun and educational field trip learning about agriculture! We explored swine, corn, beef cattle, dairy, agricultural technology, potatoes, wheat, and beans. Students learned how farmers care for animals, grow crops, and use technology to help produce the food we eat every day. It was a wonderful opportunity to see how agriculture connects to our daily lives!
