Hay Springs Public Schools was represented today at the Nebraska State Board of Education meeting in Scottsbluff, where Superintendent Dr. Sadie Coffey participated in public comment.
Dr. Coffey thanked the Board for bringing its meeting to western Nebraska and for its recognition of Dyslexia Awareness Month. She also encouraged Board members to continue considering the unique realities of Nebraska’s smallest and most geographically isolated schools when developing policies, rules, and initiatives.
We are proud to make sure the voices of Hay Springs students, staff, families, and rural Nebraska are part of the statewide conversation.
