On the first night of autumn the rain began to fall. As the rain started falling, bean harvest was put on hold, making the rain a good and bad thing.
The storm started with a big blow of wind followed by lightning and thunder. The storm lasted throughout the night. When morning rolled around the storm was gone and there was a storm front that moved in and brought some blessed rain.
As the day went on, the rain continued to fall but not a constant rain- it would stop and then start again making the day gloomy. Farmers are not too happy with the rain, yet it is much needed for all of the cornfields. However, beans are ready to be harvested now, therefore, now farmers are put on hold until the beans that have already been cut are dried out. and start when the beans and ground becomes dry the harvest can be continues.
