Hay Springs Schools will only accept Valentine’s Day deliveries to school after 2pm. All deliveries will be sent to the auditorium and will be handed out to students after the final bell (elementary 4pm, ml/hs 4:15). Once students receive their delivery they will exit through the auditorium doors. No deliveries will be accepted before 2pm as we do not have the space or the personnel to handle deliveries earlier. Also, students do not have a safe location to store deliveries that arrive earlier in the day. If any parents would like to volunteer to hand out deliveries at the end of the day, please contact the office.
