October 15 @ PAC 5:30-7:00 p.m. (Top South entrance)
October 21 @ CHS Football Field 1:00-3:30 p.m.
October 23 & 24 @ Falco (during Tackle Football equipment Check-in 5:30-7:00 p.m.)
Cost is $35.
If you can not attend on any of these registration dates you may also print off a registration form and mail it to: Chadron Community Recreation, P.O. Box 4, Chadron, NE 69337. Registration fee and form are due by November 1st. Cost of the Program is $35.
